Limitation of Liability

SLKI d.o.o. assumes no liability for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information and materials provided, unless an error is intentional or results from gross negligence. This applies to any loss, additional costs, or any damage arising from the use of information and materials published by SLKI d.o.o. on its websites. All offers are non-binding and without obligation.
2. References and Links
SLKI d.o.o. has no influence over the form and content of third-party materials accessible via links from the company’s website. Therefore, SLKI d.o.o. expressly assumes no liability for such third-party materials and content — except when it is unequivocally aware of illegal content and can prevent its visitors from viewing such pages.
3. Copyright
The layout of the site, the diagrams, images, logos used, and the collection of individual contributions are protected by copyright. Such diagrams, images, or texts may not be copied or used in other electronic or printed publications without the permission of SLKI d.o.o.

2. Currency
All prices stated on the website, in offers, reservation systems, or other promotional and sales materials are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Exact prices for accommodation services, supplements, additional services, SPA & Beauty center services, pet accommodation, extra beds, and other services are published in the provider’s valid price lists.
The provider reserves the right to change prices. The prices applicable for the billing of services are those published in the valid price lists and valid on the day the service is provided or on the day the reservation is confirmed, unless otherwise specified.
3. Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a credit card guarantee that is valid for the entire duration of the stay. Please present the card with which you made the reservation upon check-in at the hotel.
Special offers or packages may be subject to special conditions.
4. Cancellation Policy
To view, cancel, or modify a reservation, go to www.rogaska-resort.com, write to [email protected], or call +386 3 811 2000. The customer may cancel the reservation completely free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. If the reservation is canceled between 72 hours and 24 hours before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount of the first night of your reservation will be charged, unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy. For cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival or if you do not check in at the hotel at the agreed time, your credit card provided at the time of reservation will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4.1. SPA & Beauty Center
If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly ask you to notify us at least six hours in advance by calling +386 3 811 2470 or in person at the medical center reception; otherwise, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the valid price list.
5. Non-Refundable Reservations (Advance Purchase)
Your credit card will be charged the full amount of the stay on the day of reservation. The reservation cannot be canceled or changed. These terms will be specified in the reservation confirmation under cancellation and deposit terms.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are possible: credit cards – MasterCard/Visa; payment cards – Visa/Delta and Visa/Electron.
Upon check-in, we will authorize the cost of the stay (room charge, VAT, and any service fees) and estimated additional costs for the duration of the stay, for which your credit/payment card will be charged. Instead of authorizing the payment card, we may also accept a deposit in another valid form of payment, including cash.
The hotel system will daily calculate additional costs charged to your room during your stay. If such additional costs exceed the authorization approved upon check-in, you will be automatically required to provide additional authorization, and if not available, we may request another method of settlement or provision of a deposit; otherwise, we reserve the right to restrict access to your room.
Upon check-out from the hotel, all outstanding charges must be paid in full. If outstanding charges do not exceed the authorization approved upon check-in, the unused portion of the amount will be released, but we cannot control how long it will take your bank to actually execute such a release. If you stay for multiple nights, we may require payment of outstanding charges more frequently during your stay.
7. Extra Bed
Extra beds are available in Comfort and Premium double rooms and Comfort and Premium suites. Exact prices are published in the valid price lists.
8. Children
Children under 7 years of age stay free of charge in a room with parents using existing beds. Extra beds for children and supplements for children of different age groups on an extra bed are charged according to the valid price lists. Exact prices are published in the valid price lists.
9. Parking
We provide a limited number of free parking spaces in front of the hotel for hotel guests during their stay. Owners/customers are themselves responsible for their cars and items left inside. We are not liable for loss or damage.
10. Check-in / Check-out
Rooms are available to guests from 2:00 PM on the first day of stay until 11:00 AM on the last day of stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted for guests based on prior agreement and at the company’s discretion.
11. Privacy
For security reasons, you will be required to present a valid identification document upon check-in.
12. Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas within the hotel. Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms and elsewhere. The hotel has the right to charge cleaning, freshening, and airing costs for the room according to the valid price list. Additionally, any damage will be charged separately.
13. Pets
Leashed pets (up to 10 kg) are welcome. Pet accommodation is charged according to the valid price list. The hotel must be informed about the accompaniment of a pet at the time of reservation and receive prior approval from the hotel in this regard.
14. Damage
We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to charge your credit or payment card for any damage caused to your room or the hotel during your stay (including, but not limited to, special cleaning), or for any items missing upon your departure.
15. Hotel Events
At various times throughout the year, weddings, events, and parties may be organized in some of our hotels that could disturb your break. Please inquire about this before booking your stay at the hotel.
16. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to guests’ property or personal injury arising in any way during the stay at the hotel (except for personal injuries to guests arising directly from the company’s gross negligence). The company’s total liability in damages shall not exceed the value of the contract.
Nothing in the contract or any related document excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from the company’s gross negligence, or liability for fraud or misrepresentation.
17. Validity of Gift Vouchers
A gift voucher is valid until its expiration date stated on each individual gift voucher. If no expiration date is stated on the gift voucher, it is deemed valid for one year from the date of issue.
18. Applicable Law
These general terms and conditions are governed by Slovenian law. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovenian courts. “If not specified in the above general terms and conditions, the uzance v gostinstvu in turizmu apply.
Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes
In accordance with legal standards, SLKI d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer might initiate under the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act. As a provider of goods and services, SLKI d.o.o. publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. The platform is available to consumers at the electronic link https://ec.europa.eu/odr
This arrangement arises from the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
