- Tourist tax: 3,00 EUR per person / day for adults and 1,50 EUR for children (7 – 17,99 y.o.)
- Registration fee: 2,50 EUR per person / arrival (adults and children from 12 years onwards)
- Additional charge for rooms with a park view / person per day: 10 EUR
- One overnight supplement: 20 EUR / room | 50 EUR / suite
- Pets (up to 25 kg): 25 EUR / room (selected type of the rooms)
- Basic accommodation includes half board | buffet breakfast and dinner.
- Bed and breakfast: – 5 EUR / on half board price
- Full board | lunch: 22 EUR / meal (served)

- The rooms are available upon arrival from 2:00 p.m., on the day of departure the room is available no later than 11:00 a.m.

- Parking is free next to the hotel. At the guest’s request, there is a public garage nearby with an additional charge.
- The number of rooms is limited. We reserve the right to change prices.
- In individual programs | packages may deviate from the general conditions.
- Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 3 days before arrival at the hotel.
- In case of cancellation from one (1) to 2.99 days before arrival, 100% of one (1) night will be charged.
- In case of cancellation on the arrival day, shortening of the reservation or no-show, full amount of the reservation
