Premium Suite With Park View (40 m2)
Welcome to our luxury Premium Suite, which extends from 40m² to 45m² and offers a spacious and comfortable stay, ideal for guests looking for superior comfort in an elegant setting. Furnished in a classic style, the suite boasts high ceilings and an impressive view from the window of the beautiful flower park in front of the hotel, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Upon arrival, fresh seasonal fruit and a complimentary hotel umbrella await you in your room, adding a touch of warmth and welcome. The room is also equipped with a small water heater for making tea and a tea set, which is refreshed daily. The room is divided into two separate rooms. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with a toilet and a comfortable bathtub, where you can relax after a long day. In the living room there is a separate dressing room, a sofa with chairs and a coffee table, a desk and an additional toilet, which ensures additional comfort and practicality. The room is air-conditioned, equipped with a safe for safe storage of your valuables, as many as two LCD TVs for evening relaxation, a mini-bar for refreshments and a telephone. The entire room is covered by the hotel's strong Wi-Fi signal, allowing easy access to the Internet.

Hotel has two rooms available, that are adapted for the disabled. One of the rooms is located on the first floor of the hotel’s central building (Premium room category), and the other is on the ground floor of the connected Styria annex (Comfort room category). Both rooms are spacious, equipped with a double bed (size 180×200 cm) and have adapted bathrooms with a barrier-free shower and additional handles for easier use of the toilet.
You can order an extra bed or baby cot at the hotel reception in person or call internal phone number 2000.
Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be given a key (or key card) to enter your room. During your stay you can keep the key (card) with you or you can leave it at the hotel reception when out of room.

You can request a telephone wake-up call from the hotel reception on internal phone number 2000.
Each room is equipped with 30″ LCD TV. You can check the list of available programmes via INFO key on remote control.

Hotel towels and bathrobes are at your disposal for the duration of your stay, also for use in the Vis Vita Spa & Beauty center. Upon arrival we charge a deposit of EUR 40 for the bathrobe use. At check-out we kindly ask you to leave all hotel towels in the room and to bring the bathrobes with you to the reception desk, where your deposit for bathrobe use will be refunded.
If you are not satisfied with the size of the bathrobe, please contact hotel reception desk as soon as possible (call 2004 or press HOUSEKEEPING on the phone in the room).
If you want us to replace a towel with a fresh one, leave the towel on the bathroom floor. The bathrobe will be changed every seventh (7) day. On request we can replace it earlier (extra charge EUR 5).
Washing hotel linen puts a strain on the environment due to the consumption of water and the use of detergents. The towels that you put on the floor will be changed every day. If you want to contribute to reducing the burden on the environment due to washing, you can help by using towels several times. If you want to reuse the towels, leave them hanging on towel holders. If you would like us not to change your bed linen every fourth day of your stay, please let us know at the hotel reception.
Towels and bathrobes, which contain stains from hair dyeing, make-up, tanning cream, stains from shoe cleaning or other persistent stains, will be charged according to price list.
In case a towel or bathrobe might be missing in the room after your departure, the missing items will be charged according to price list. (Bathrobe EUR 60 / piece, towel: EUR 10 / piece).
Please report any defects in room directly to the maid or to hotel reception (please call 2000). Our maintenance staff will deal with the reported defect as soon as possible.
