This refers to any loss, additional costs or damage of any kind suffered as a result of any use of any information and material SLKI d.o.o. provides on its web sites. All offers are not binding and without obligation.

2. Referrals and links

SLKI d.o.o. has no influence on the design and contents of third party material linked or referred to from its web sites. Therefore, SLKI d.o.o. expressly distances itself from such kind of material and rejects responsibility for any contents provided by third parties – unless it has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of its web sites from viewing those pages.

General Terms and Conditions

Currency

All rates and prices stated on this website are in EUR (Euro) and inclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card that will be valid for the entire stay. Please present the same credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel.

Special conditions may apply for particular rates or packages.

Cancellation Policy:

To view or cancel/modify the reservation, please visit www.rogaska-resort.com or contact us at [email protected] or . A customer may cancel their reservation without any fees up to the date agreed in the confirmation of reservation. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the full amount will be charged if the reservation is not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival, unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy. In case of a no-show the full amount will be charged on the credit card provided at the time of the reservation.

Please note that electronic reservations cannot be cancelled via email.

Non-refundable Reservations (Advanced Purchase Rates)

The full amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card immediately on the day of the booking. This reservation cannot be cancelled or modified. These conditions will be specified in the confirmation under the Cancellation and Deposit terms.

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment: credit cards: MasterCard/Visa; debit cards – Visa/Delta and Visa/Electron.

At the time of check-in we will authorise the accommodation charges (room rate, VAT and any service charge) and anticipated incidentals for the duration of your stay against your credit/debit card.  We may also choose to accept a deposit in place of payment card authorisation by another valid form of payment, including cash or cheque.

During your stay the Hotel’s system will calculate the incidentals charged to your room on a daily basis.  If the cost of those incidentals exceed the authorisation taken on check-in, further authorisation will automatically be requested and if such authorisation is not available, we may request another method of settlement or a deposit to be provided, failing which we reserve the right to restrict access to your room.

All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel.  If the outstanding charges do not exceed the authorisation taken on check-in, the authorisation for the amount not utilised will be released, however, we cannot control how long it takes for your bank to effect such release.  If staying for multiple nights at the Hotel we may require you to make payment for any outstanding charges on a more frequent basis during your stay.

Extra Bed

An extra bed for adult person can be provided at a supplement of EUR 65 per night in Comfort and Premium Double Rooms and EUR 90 per night in suites.

Children Policy:

Children under the age of 7 years stay for free in the room with parents while using existing beds in room. Extra beds for children under the age of 7 are available fo extra charge EUR 15 per night. Children 7 years  and older are charged a supplement of EUR 45 per night in Comfort and Premium Double Rooms and EUR 55 per night in Suites when staying in an extra bed with the parents. Children 12 years and older are charged the adult rate for an extra bed when staying with parents. You can request a baby cot at no extra charge.

Parking:

We provide a limited number of parking spaces for hotel guests in front of the hotel, which is free of charge for the duration of your stay. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Guest Check-in/Out

Guest rooms will be available from 14:00 on the first day of the stay until 11.00 on the final day of the stay. The Guest may be able to ‘check-in’ earlier or ‘check-out’ later by prior agreement with and at the discretion of the Company.

Your Privacy

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid and accepted ID at check-in.

Smoking

Smoking in the hotel is only allowed in designated areas and guests shall not smoke in the guest rooms or otherwise, the hotel shall be entitled to charge the sum of EUR150.00 (one hundred and fifty Euro) to cover the additional costs of cleaning, freshening and airing the room. Any damages caused will be charged for in addition to this fee.

Pets Policy

Guided pets are welcome, additional charge is 12 EUR per day, subject to prior confirmation by the hotel which must be informed at the time of the reservation.

Damage

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Hotel Events

Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year some of our hotels may host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your break.  Please contact the hotel directly in advance of your stay for further information.

Validity of Gift Vouchers

Gift Voucher is valid till the validity date on the voucher. If the validity date is not written, the gift voucher is valid one year from the issue date.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable to the Guest for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, to its property, or person, however caused arising from the Stay (other than any personal injury caused to the Guest arising directly from the gross negligence of the Company). The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract.

Nothing contained in the contract or in any other document referred to or incorporated in it shall be read or construed as excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Slovenian law and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Slovenia.

 

If not specified in the Terms and Conditions above, the general Terms and Conditions of the “uzance v gostinstvu in turizmu”  apply.

 

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

The company SLKI d.o.o. in accordance with legal standards does not recognize any executor of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as responsible for resolving consumer disputes that the consumer might initiate in accordance with the Law on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes. The company SLKI d.o.o. as a provider of goods and services publishes on its website an electronic link to the online dispute resolution platform for consumers (ODRP). The platform is available to consumers via the electronic link https://ec.europa.eu/odr. The above regulation is based on the Law on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and the Directive
2009/22/EC.
